ACR impact modifier K311 is a composite polymer with two or more layers of core-shell structure.
The crosslinked low glass transition temperature acrylate monomer polymer is used as the inner core, and the glass transition temperature higher polymer such as polymethyl methacrylate is used as the shell layer, which can not only effectively improve the impact strength of PVC. It can also be used for toughening modification of engineering plastics such as polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and polystyrene (PS), such as general-purpose plastic nylon and polycarbonate (PC), and brittle or low-toughness polymers such as epoxy resin.
Accelerate PVC melt at low temperature, to lower the processing temperature.
